I'M IN A BOOK! (Well, sort of!)
I am beyond thrilled to announce that I am officially a featured photographer in the Tails of the World book for 2025! This incredible global project brings together talented pet photographers from around the world, showcasing the beauty, personality, and charm of our beloved four-legged friends. And the best part? It's all for a great cause!
This year, I have the honor of representing Oklahoma City in this international collaboration, and I couldn’t be more excited. Even better? Proceeds from the photo session fees will go directly to Angel Fund OKC! That’s right—every single session fee will help animals in need right here in our own community. If that doesn’t make your heart burst with happiness, I don’t know what will!
For those who don’t know, Tails of the World is a stunning coffee table book featuring professional pet photography from all over the globe. Each photographer captures the spirit of their local furry residents, celebrating the universal love we all share for our pets. It’s a chance to see dogs (and maybe even a few cats) from different cities, states, and countries, all in one beautiful collection.
And guess what? We’ve already locked in our 10 amazing participants for Oklahoma City, and photo shoots kickoff on Monday! I cannot wait to capture their stories, their wiggly butts, their soulful eyes, and their larger-than-life personalities. From downtown OKC to open fields and cozy backyards, I know this year’s portraits will be full of heart, joy, and all the tail wags.
Being part of something bigger than myself—something that truly makes a difference—is why I do what I do. Photography has always been my way of giving back to the rescue community, and this project is another way to shine a light on how incredible our pets are.
