Making a Difference
I became a dog photographer because it allows me to give back in the best way I know how, by capturing the heart and soul of animals and helping them shine so they can find their forever homes. My camera lens isn’t just a tool, it’s a way to amplify their stories and make sure they’re seen by the right people. Rescuing animals has always been my passion, and this work allows me to combine that love with my creativity in a meaningful way.
Through my Adopt Me Sessions, I photograph dogs in rescues and foster homes to highlight their unique personalities, spirit, and charm. A great photo can be the moment someone stops scrolling, sees that face, and realizes they’ve just found their new best friend.
I also partner with local rescues to host Adopt Me mini photo shoots at locations around the OKC area. Rescues can have their fosters sign up for a time slot to bring their foster dog for a quick session, typically held within a 1–2 hour window depending on participation. It’s a fun and easy way for foster dogs to get a fresh, updated headshot that helps them stand out and get noticed by potential adopters.
It’s not just about snapping photos. It’s about telling their story, creating connection, and being a small part of the journey that helps them find the loving home they deserve.
