ABOUT TAILS OF THE WORLD
Tails of the World is an annual international photography book celebrating dogs from around the globe. Featuring stunning portraits by professional pet photographers, each edition showcases local dogs in their hometowns - from bustling cities to breathtaking landscapes.
Founded by Caitlin J. McColl, this collaborative project brings photographers together with a shared mission: to make a difference for pets in need and to spread joy through beautiful photography and heartwarming stories.
All proceeds from book sales are donated to charity, and to date, the project has raised over $170,000 for pet rescue.

Geelong Animal Welfare Society
Established in 1956, our service offerings include an animal shelter and a veterinary clinic. Geelong Animal Welfare Society is dedicated to the welfare of companion animals. They care for and rehome lost or relinquished pets and provide community education & services that enable responsible animal ownership.
We also deliver the Animal Management Services for stray and lost animals brought to our facility by council officers and members of the public for the City of Greater Geelong, Golden Plains Shire, Surf Coast Shire and Borough of Queenscliffe. We care for these animals until they can be reunited with their owners or re-homed in new forever homes.
Our animal shelter receives no government funding and relies on the generous support of the community to deliver this vital work. We thank all those who enable our work and help us give all animals a second chance ‘because every life is precious.’

The Angel Fund OKC is a compassionate initiative dedicated to providing vital veterinary care to injured strays and shelter pets in need. Our mission is to stabilize and medically manage animals brought in by law enforcement or animal control, while diligently attempting to reunite them with their owners. We also offer financial assistance to pet owners facing hardship, enabling them to keep their beloved animals at home rather than surrendering them to shelters due to unaffordable medical costs. By doing so, we aim to reduce shelter overcrowding and overpopulation, positively impacting the lives of both pets and their owners.
Our efforts extend beyond emergency care, as we also provide foster and adoption opportunities for animals that are treated as stray or abandoned. Additionally, we offer veterinary assistance to those affected by natural disasters, ensuring that every animal has a fighting chance at life. At Angel Fund OKC, we believe that every animal deserves a chance and are committed to supporting both the animals and the people who love them through education, advocacy, and comprehensive care.
