ABOUT TAILS OF THE WORLD
Founded by Caitlin J. McColl in 2015, the Tails of the World Collective is an international group of professional pet photographers. United in their mission to make a difference for pets in need and celebrate our universal love of dogs.
Each year, professional pet photographers around the world unite to raise funds for animal rescue.
To date, the annual Tails of the World books have featured over 1150 dogs and raised over $95,000.
In 2024, our goal is to raise $70,000 with
Tails of the World: Volume 3.

An estimated 11 million cats and dogs are killed in United States shelters each year. Our organization strives to help beat those odds as much as possible by rescuing animals off death-row and euthanasia, rescuing unwanted animals, promoting spay and neuter, microchipping to increase the return-to-owner rate, socialize and rehabilitate mentally and physically abused animals, and much more. We go above and beyond to adopt our our wonderful, deserving animals out to approved homes to kick start them into their new lives, full of love, happiness and security.

Free To Live Animal Sanctuary
Established in 1984, Free to Live Animal Sanctuary is the largest nonprofit, no-kill animal sanctuary in Oklahoma.
Whether they are strays, abused, mistreated, neglected or extreme medical cases – all of our dogs and cats will live out their lives with love, companionship and a sense of family from our dedicated staff and volunteers. With your help, we can ensure every animal is free to live!
